We have prepared for you in my lady’s kitchen a recipe for fat burning cabbage soup in a healthy and delicious way, you can eat it as a main or side meal and it is a suitable meal for lunch or dinner
° Cabbage: 4 cups (sliced)
° Carrots: 2 tablets (circled)
° Onions: 1 piece (large, chopped)
° Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
° Salt: half a teaspoon
° Vegetable broth: 4 cups (or chicken broth)
° Turmeric: half a teaspoon
° Chili: half a teaspoon (crushed chili, to taste)
° Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
* How to prepare :
- In a saucepan over the fire, my heart has an onion in oil.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, and lightly mix.
- Add the broth, salt, pepper, turmeric and chili and leave the saucepan on medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
- The amount of broth can be increased if you need to.
- Serve hot.
