Cabbage roll soup

We have prepared for you in my lady’s kitchen a recipe for fat burning cabbage soup in a healthy and delicious way, you can eat it as a main or side meal and it is a suitable meal for lunch or dinner

* Ingredients:

° Cabbage: 4 cups (sliced)

° Carrots: 2 tablets (circled)

° Onions: 1 piece (large, chopped)

° Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

° Salt: half a teaspoon

° Vegetable broth: 4 cups (or chicken broth)

° Turmeric: half a teaspoon

° Chili: half a teaspoon (crushed chili, to taste)

° Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

* How to prepare :

  1. In a saucepan over the fire, my heart has an onion in oil.
  1. Add the cabbage, carrots, and lightly mix.
  1. Add the broth, salt, pepper, turmeric and chili and leave the saucepan on medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
  1. The amount of broth can be increased if you need to.
  1. Serve hot.
